Easy snowshoeing in Cicerana, one of the busiest areas of the large mammals of the Abruzzo National Park, Lazio and Molise.
The snowshoe hike will lead us up the block Ecorifugio of Cicerana, where we can warm us and keep us going with a good polenta.

07.30 - Departure by own car or take advantage of the car-sharing service from the Visitor Center of Coastal biotope, waterfront C. Colombo north side, 66050 San Salvo (CH)
09.30 – Barrea meet with actors from all participants
11.00 - Check ciaspolata
12.30 – Polentata at the’ Ecorifugio of Cicerana
16.00 - End of tour
19.30 - Back at the Visitor Center of Coastal Biotope of San Salvo Marina
RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT: thermal shirt, pile, windproof jacket (softshell or similar), trousers and waterproof jacket (ok even ski suit), cape / poncho for rain / snow, waterproof hiking shoes, gloves, Wool or fleece hat, spare T-shirt, 1 L of water, trekking poles.

REGULATION EXCURSION
Travel expenses incurred by those who will provide their own car, They will be divided between those who use the car sharing service in the manner prescribed by the association's regulations available on our site.
