MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
Waterproof hiking boots (no snowboots, no Moon boot), Fleece or wool sweater, Waterproof trousers / pants ski / jeans + leggings, gloves and winter hat, waterproof winter jacket or Italian winter + poncho or kiwi, daypack, 1,5 l of water, packed lunch.
STRONGLY RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT
knitted Thermal, Sun glasses, Sun lotion, tights, cape / poncho for rain, anti-winter parka (softshall), clothing parts, comfort food (chocolate, dried fruit or disigratata, fruit, etc).

REGULATION EXCURSION
