At the edge of the Abruzzo National Park, Scanno and Villalago are pearls of rare beauty. We offer a great day out in the nature of two beautiful lakes and other places rich in history and traditions, but without forgetting to gratify the palate.
PROGRAM:
ore 9.00 – Departure from the Visitor Center and Botanical Garden Mediterranean Coastal biotope of San Salvo, waterfront C. Colombo north side, San Salvo Marina and travel by own car. For participants with different backgrounds from Vasto-San Salvo, agreeing on a specific date or directly to the place of beginning of tour / excursion.
ore 11,15 – Start hike from the village of Villalago to Lake San Domenico
- Visit the hermitage of San Domenico
- Lunch by the participants
- Return on foot to Villalago on the same path
h 14,30 – Moving in Scanno and coffee + traditional sweet tasting at Bar Pasticceria Bear Pan (cost included in the registration fee excursion)
- Visit the village of Scanno stopping at the goldsmith's shop
- Moving on Lake Scanno and visit to the church of Our Lady of the Lake
ore 19.40 – Return to San Salvo Marina
RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT:
Sweatshirt, cape / poncho for rain, hiking shoes or sneakers with sculpted outsole, 1,5 L of water, hat and sunscreen.

REGULATION TOUR
