For several years there has been a complete change in the food world. The frenetic pace, the globalization, the marketing of colored and perfumed exotic dishes in the allegedly miraculous properties (good, Diet and cancer).

The lifestyle and the daily media bombardment made us forget those who are our traditional foods: good, sani, natural and zero kilometer. Italy is the country with the greatest biodiversity of species in the world food, the secret lies’ learning to know them and to use them in everyday life.

In this regard, the workshops are organized toevoking ancient traditionsnow lost, in particlare:

  • bread-making, prepare your own bread and pasta,
  • cheesemaking, preparing cheeses and fresh ricotta,
  • recognize the main herbs and plantsedible present in nature and learn the most common uses.

At the end of the workshops, the last onemeal will be prepared with the self-produced foods.

The participation fee includes overnight stay at B&B agreement, 2 lunches + 1 price + Breakfast, participation fee course and Associazione Routes Abruzzo.
