In addition to professional training courses, AIGAE promotes in all of Italy courses for citizenship, with the aim to spread the practice of hiking in nature and provide users with the basics to deal with security and with the right level of preparation the hiking practice, improving awareness and autonomy.
The educational project is divided into two classes: the Basic course (described in this page), dedicated to beginners and newbies, and the Level 2 Course, for those who have already passed the Basic Course or it is otherwise in possession of a documented experience of hiking. At all levels is a dedicated training course after which an exam with external examiner is expected AIGAE that will enable promoted to achieve the related degree.
The courses are organized and AIGAE held by shareholders who have obtained the qualification of instructors for the relative level.
To avoid "misunderstandings", we specify that the courses described above are not professional qualifying courses but, if later he wanted to turning pro, they are recognized by AIGAE such credits and priority access to a qualifying vocational course that will still result.
PROGRAM COURSE HIKING BASE (CBE)
Lez. 1. Course Introduction, definition of goals and expectations; – clothing, equipment and footwear
Lez. 2. training, supply, breathing, organize first aid house and the pharmacy
Lez. 3. reading and interpreting topographic map
Lez. 4. EXIT (half day or full day)
Lez. 5. design of an excursion with topographic map (projet work with individual or group)
Lez. 6. reading and interpreting topographic map – use of map and compass
Lez. 7. Half-day or full day OUTPUT
Lez. 8. preventing dangers
Lez. 9. preventing dangers
Lez. 10. OUTPUT cartography + Half-day or full-day prevention
Lez. 11. alert rescue; environmentally friendly behavior, examination information
Exam 12. written and practical test.
After completing the course and passing the exam will be released on Diploma certificate qualification CBE.
METHOD’ OF COURSE DELIVERY
The course will be delivered in one of the following ways:
Evening: evening lectures of 2 h, weekly or biweekly, and outputs on Saturdays or Sundays.
School: addressed to the whole High School students, scout groups, etc.
Week-end: organized in a series of weekend in which unite both the theoretical lessons that the outputs.
Residential: aimed at tourists who want to make a training holiday, or activities to be carried out during their holiday.
